The screening of Gaining ground at the Festival des Libertés [Brussels] was a big success. The theatre was completely full (around 265 people).  Half of the audience was already familiar with the “community land trust”. There were a lot of questions about how to concretely put into practice a CLT in Brussels, as the project seen in the film was quite different from what’s in Brussels.

The film was a perfect starting point for the discussion.  It was really an exciting evening according to a lot of participants.
